Job Description
This position will be responsible to:
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan in line with business goals
- Develop and maintain a marketing KPIs dashboard
- Manage paid and organic campaigns across different channels including search, display, social, email and retargeting networks
- Follow and analyze market trends to position products
- Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
- Craft compelling messages across marketing channels (landing pages, ad campaigns)
- Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies
- Work closely with SEO to develop, execute and measure organic growth initiatives; extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance.
- Ensure successful campaigns that meet the predefined KPI’s.
- Optimize campaigns across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment.
- Ideating new marketing strategies to drive growth in website traffic and customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure framework
- To test different value propositions and messages across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
The ideal candidate should be having:
- Proven experience as a Product Marketing Executive, performance Marketing or similar role
- Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. integrated marketing campaigns)
- Fast & willing to learn
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Having at least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Grip on data MS EXCEL, analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook ADs manager
