Kualitatem is a certified TMMi Level 4 testing services provider. Kualitatem is an Independent Software Auditing, IS Auditing, Security and Risk Assessment Company providing consulting services to a global clientele.
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Business Development Executive to help us build up our business activities.
Business Development Manager responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Develop and exhibit advanced level knowledge of software industry life cycle.
- Bring knowledge of enterprise negotiations and offer insight into the sales process.
- Drive the growth of domestic new-business sales and transactions to effectively qualify opportunities, conduct product/service demonstrations and presentations, and close the initial sale.
- Tight management of Sales pipeline to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
- Be available to work over weekends/holidays when required.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years of Technology/Software/IT services sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Females candidate.
- Experience in the government or financial sector will be a plus
- Arabic Language is mandatory.
- Must have a college education with a graduate degree.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of software industry sales practices
- Self-motivated, having a passion for learning
- Strong communication and team skills to coordinate activities between stakeholder groups.
- Willingness to travel
