Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, ensure the quality of Web, Mobile and other platforms.
- Perform manual testing to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of our products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and designers to identify, report, and prioritize bugs.
- Use testing tools and methodologies to identify defects and track issues to resolution.
- Participate in daily scrum calls, communicate testing status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with offshore/onsite/nearshore quality engineering team members for requirements management, test lifecycle, defect management, retesting & support.
- Work individually or as a part of team, involve in problem solving, process improvement activities, analytical skills, reporting and stakeholder management.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing and quality engineering.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in Functional Testing both Web and Mobile platforms hosted in a public cloud environment such as AWS.
- Have experience in troubleshooting issue by using AWS services.
- Good understanding of Quality Engineering processes, testing methodologies, test plans, and test case development
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira/Zephyr Scale, or relevant tools
- Experience across each phase of Test Life Cycle (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall), Test strategies & Test plans, UAT
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong knowledge in block box testing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- At least 4 years’ experience in banking & fintech domain.
- Have experience in SAAS Project.
- Strong knowledge in SQL query.
- Have Experience in API (SOAP, Rest) & Security Testing
- Must have an experience in Retail Banking modules
- Must have knowledge about the system behavior about GL, Cash Transactions, Transfers, Banker Cheques, CDR, TDR etc
