Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Gaming Testers to join our QA team. As a Gaming Tester, you will be responsible for identifying bugs, inconsistencies, and gameplay issues to ensure the best possible user experience across a range of platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional, compatibility, performance, and regression testing for games on various platforms (PC, mobile, console).

  • Identify, log, and track bugs using standard defect tracking tools.

  • Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and designers to report issues and verify fixes.

  • Validate UI/UX consistency, in-game logic, asset integration, and localization accuracy.

  • Execute and maintain test cases and test plans for assigned gaming titles.

  • Provide clear and concise feedback on game design, usability, and performance.

  • Assist in creating test documentation and reports for stakeholders.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in manual game testing or QA for interactive applications.

  • Strong understanding of gameplay mechanics, controls, and testing techniques.

  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Mantis.

  • Passion for video games across multiple genres and platforms.

  • Good analytical and observational skills.

  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

  • Must be able to work onsite in DHA Phase 6, Lahore.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with automated testing tools for games.

  • Familiarity with Unity, Unreal Engine, or mobile game engines.

  • Exposure to localization or compliance testing (Sony, Xbox, Nintendo standards).

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum environments.
